You are a coach or personal trainer and you are looking for a premium space fully equipped to conduct your personal training or group session? ELITE offers the possibility to rent our incredible gym to let you teach your classes PT, Muay Thai, Boxing, MMA, BJJ, Judo, Karate, Taekwondo, Pilates, Dance, Martial Arts and more.
Pricing may varies depending the timing requested, the duration and the number of people in your class.

Rates per hour:
Rental for PT: $20 per hour for 1on1 if more than 3 slots per week ($25 per hour normal fee)
1on2, 1on3 or more = extra $10 per additional pax | For PT’s duration more than 1 hour there is additional $5 per pax
Recurring slots for group class: from $60 per hour (off peak hour with less than 10 pax)
Recurring slots rental must be paid monthly regardless attendance unless the slot has been permanently cancel at least 1 month in advance
RING: $60 per hour inc 4 pax. Extra $10 per additional pax if more than 4.
MATS: from $60 per hour inc 4 pax. Extra $10 per additional pax if more than 4.
Rental includes bags & pads.
The Elite Gym is fully equipped.
Students can rent sparring gears set for $10 if needed (Gloves, Head Gear, Shin Guards, Gi)
Please note that entry fee applies also for pax watching only

Please note: Participants & Rental Clients must have their personal insurance in case of accident or injury during their Sparring, Classes or any activities during our Gym Rental. Elite Coach will not be held responsible for any incident mentioned above. Any damages (if any) will be fully reimburse by the person responsible to ELITE COACH. Rental Penalties of $25, $50, $100, $200 or more will be applied to those not respecting the rules of the gym rental or not being honest in their activities/classes/pax attendance.
Rules of the gym rental: Do not spar without full protective gear, Always insure safety of each participant and monitor the intensity, duration and level of sparring exercises, No food in the gym, drinks are allowed (if you use our fridge drinks or water bottle, please pay by cash before), You can rent our equipment for $10 per PAX if needed (gloves, Shin Guard, Helmet), Floor/Bags/ring/Equipment must be cleaned and put back in correct place, Aircon must be switch off, Doors must be closed & locked (including shower and toilet), Lights must be switch off, Arcade must be Switch off, Keys must be returned. CCTV will be checked in case of dispute. No Food in the gym!
