Vinyasa dynamic class includes traditional sequence. It combines power and flexibility with movement, bandhas and breath to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice. Hatha based asana practice focused on connecting the body and mind with the purpose of increasing awareness and stability. Classes are taught with modifications to allow an easy transition. Full inversions may be included. The sequence is structured in order to build strength, develop flexibility while exploring a variety of poses and transitions.
